The album features a mix of soulful ballads and upbeat tunes that showcase the band's versatility. The Superbs' signature harmonies are on full display, and their lyrics are both poignant and relatable.

One standout track is "Lonely Feelings," which features a haunting melody and introspective lyrics. The band's vocals are particularly impressive on this track, with lead singer John Smith delivering a powerful performance. Another standout track is "Better Get Your Own One Buddy," which has a catchy chorus that's sure to get stuck in your head.

Thanks for posting this, Charles! The Superbs released 14 singles on the Dore label, this being their first. Their follow-up single, a version of Bobby Troup's "Baby, Baby, All the Time" actually made it to #83 on the Hot 100 in October of the same year, but that was about it for them on the national charts. In the words of Andrew Hamilton of AllMusic, "They were strictly a West Coast experience, receiving little airplay east of the Mississippi River."  https://www.allmusic.com/artist/the-superbs-mn0000567707/biography
